• Hosting packages include shared, VPS, or dedicated server options, as described in the plan selected by the Client.
• We ensure 99.9% uptime but are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
• Data backups are included, but the Client is encouraged to maintain their own backups as an added precaution.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due as per the terms outlined in the invoice or agreement.
• For ongoing services (e.g., hosting), payments must be made before the renewal date to avoid service interruptions.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and content created during the project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the intellectual property is transferred to the Client, excluding third-party tools or plugins used under their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project or service.
• Ensure that any content provided (e.g., text, images) does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Use our hosting services responsibly and refrain from activities such as:
  • Hosting illegal or prohibited content.
  • Using the server for spamming or malicious activities.

7. Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings for websites.
• Hosting performance may vary depending on factors such as server load and external network issues.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate services without notice for violations of these Terms or illegal activities.
• Upon termination, the Client’s data will be retained for a limited time, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided for services explicitly covered by our refund policy.
• Web design services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• Hosting refunds are prorated based on unused service time, except for setup fees, which are non-refundable.

11. Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law
